Family-friendly accommodation, great staff, convenient location close to areas I was visiting. Fairly quiet and good room with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television, and fine bed. Particularly good private bathroom. Location just off food places.

Friendly staff but cleanliness concerns
The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating , a bright spot. We encountered some serious cleanliness issues in our room, including dirty sheets and unclean bathroom fixtures. I suggest the management needs to improve their housekeeping standards to ensure a comfortable stay .

The cigarette-smelling check-in area blasts you right off the bat, and the room was a total roach colony. I had to bounce back to the car. It felt more like a horror film than a hotel stay.
